Engineered Construction Services Inc. installed a high efficiency compact Cleaver Brooks low pressure steam boiler at the Kenneth Brooks Student Center at The University of Southern Maine, Gorham Campus. 

Scope of work included installation of natural gas fuel system, condensate contamination detection system, combustion air intake system and blow off cooling system.  High purity low pressure steam filtering system was installed to better serve the facilities culinary needs.  Gas meter, condensate contamination detection, condensate receiver and make-up water controls were tied into Building Automation System by our controls subcontractor.
