ECS Design / Build Contract includes constructing a new building to house a Unloading & conveyor system to deliver wood chips to a 6.68 MMBTU Net Output Combustor Furnace with 150# Steam Boiler delivering 6,900 lbs/hr of steam. This system supplies steam to provide heat to the County Jail and Nursing Home at the County Facility.
